Pricing your property right is very important in any market, but even more so when there is so much competition out there! Encore has a good selection of homes for Buyers to choose from and prices are all over the place for similar units. The key is understanding that the Buyers are the ones that dictate the price of a home and the last 2 sales in Encore have been on the lowest price homes. Even though they were only marginally lower than some it is all in perception. If you have 2 fairly identical homes then price becomes the bottom line....Price is always the bottom line!
